Hand decorated fine bone china Christmas bauble with a range of Winter bird and mammal designs. A beautiful heirloom Christmas decoration.
My watercolour painting of Britain's tiniest bird the goldcrest is printed as a ceramic transfer and then hand cut and applied to a fine bone china Christmas tree bauble. Each bauble will have a different combination of imagery meaning each one is unique, creating a special heirloom decoration that can be treasured each year.
This design will feature the goldcrest shown however the rest of the imagery (also my original watercolours) will vary but may include moon and stars, fir trees, berries, toadstools, ivy, holly, pinecones etc. Please see photographs for examples. If you would like to request a specific combination please send me a message along with your order and I will match it up as close as I can.
Each bauble is strung with festive red ribbon and is presented nestled in a kraft gift box. For a small extra fee you can add some red and green twine and a kraft gift tag.

After decorating the baubles are fired in my small electric kiln to 800°c fusing the transfers into the glaze.
