Hand decorated fine bone china Christmas bauble with my watercolour robin illustration. A beautiful heirloom Christmas decoration.
Painted from my photographs of a friendly robin I encountered on a winter walk. My original painting is scanned in and printed as a ceramic transfer, hand cut and applied to a fine bone china Christmas tree bauble. Each bauble will have a different combination of imagery meaning each one is unique, creating a special heirloom decoration that can be treasured each year.
This design will feature the robin as shown however the rest of the imagery will vary but may include toadstools, holly, ferns, moon and stars, berries, and pine cones. Each bauble comes in its own gift box safely nestled in shredded tissue. For a small extra fee you can add some red and green twine and a kraft gift tag.
After decorating the baubles are fired in my small electric kiln to 800°c fusing the transfers into the glaze.
