I'm now offering Free UK delivery for orders over £35.
For orders under £35 choose from Royal Mail 1st, 2nd, tracked 24 or special delivery services or for an alternative courier choose Evri standard.

Lead times: I am firing the kiln twice a week but can only fit in a limited amount of stock so dispatch times can vary between 2-7 days. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date please let me know when you place your order.
If you'd prefer your order to be posted with Royal Mail's next day by 1pm delivery service please select this option at the checkout. Please note this does not necessarily mean your order will be posted any sooner (although I will post asap if I have it in stock) just that once it is posted it will arrive the next day and can be tracked.
Royal Mail aims to deliver items within 1-3 days but can sometimes experience delays especially at busy periods like Christmas. Please contact me if your order has not arrived in the expected time frame.
Returns Policy
Hopefully you will be happy with your order but if there is a problem please contact me within 30 days of receiving of your item, quoting your order number to arrange a return/replacement.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind please package the item securely so it arrives back with me in a saleable condition. If the product is damaged during the return process than regretfully I would not be able to refund.
Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or in cases where an error has been made on my part.
