Returns Policy

Hopefully you will be happy with your order but if there is a problem please contact me within 30 days of receiving of your item, quoting your order number to arrange a return/replacement. 

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind please package the item securely so it arrives back with me in a saleable condition. If the product is damaged during the return process than regretfully I would not be able to refund.

Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or in cases where an error has been made on my part.
