this is being sold as a second due to cosmetic flaws: small bubbles of the ceramic transfers have burned away in the firing, on the fritillary flower, leaves of the primrose and most noticeably on the bee inside the rim of the mug, please see photos.
These bubbles have left edges that can be felt but will not deteriorate any further with use.
My illustrations of spring flowers and bees have been professionally printed onto ceramic transfers which are cut and applied by hand to create the finished design.
After decorating, bluebell design mug is fired in my own small electric kiln to 800°C making it dishwasher safe.
